Trip Cost

By integrating the ViaMichelin trip calculation data product with your internal expense report calculation tools, you can automatically manage the calculation of expense reports and save time.

The calculation is based on the route taken by the employee and automatically includes the cost of tolls given by ViaMichelin.

You can then make the reimbursement according to your company's own rules.

- Flat rate or km travelled mode: for a given departure and arrival point, the data product gives you the distance in km or miles. You can reimburse by the number of kilometres travelled.

- Time travelled mode: for a given route, the ViaMichelin data product gives you the theoretical travel time, i.e. without taking into account the traffic conditions. You can consider this travel time or integrate a time impact in the reimbursement depending on whether the travel time is included fully or partially in the working hours.

With the ViaMichelin data products, the reimbursement costs are calculated automatically and in mass according to the trips of your employees.
